Executioner Chop

Another one in series of Planescape Faction members.

This here is Executioner Chop, draconian from prime material world of Krynn, and member of Mercykiller splinter Faction called the Sodkillers. This militaristic bashers believe that all transgressions must be punished severely so that it may be used as example for others. The Law cannot be uphold in any other way.
But Chop has joined only for his hobby, and for all the interesting people he meets (for example did you know that hangman's rope is highly valued as collectible item, not to mention their body parts).
